SJWD customer service representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 7:15AM-5:15PM. If you seek help with any of our services, please contact customer service and your request will be addressed during our business hours.
SJWD uses an outside answering service for after-hour emergency calls. Individuals can report a water line break or water quality issue, which will be relayed to an SJWD employee for an immediate response. We are unable to respond to service restoration or new service requests outside our normal business hours. Plumbing problems on private property should be referred to a plumber. Customers can check their balance and payment due date through our automated telephone system by calling 864-439-4423.
